I cannot believe that my book has been released for a month now! Time has definitely flown by. Within this first month, I have sold around 75 copies! I am amazed by how many people are interested in the book and are willing to support me in this project. My book can now be found at The Columbus Metropolitan Library, Barnes and Noble Easton, The German Village Book Loft, and online sources like Amazon! I have yet to walk into one of these places and see my book on the shelf, but I am hopeful that I will do so soon!

As for book readings and events, I have a book reading at Coffee Connections of Hilliard this Saturday, August 4th, and I am so excited to share my book with many members of my community and to spread the word about my project and my mission! Additionally, I have a book reading planned at Barnes and Noble Easton for January, and I will also be reading and sharing my book at school libraries in October and December!

Because of very generous donations and the support of everyone who has purchased my book, I have already been able to donate 14 copies to organizations that help children in need. 10 of those copies went to the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio, which provides furniture to help give children a positive home environment. The other 4 copies went to the Shepherd Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, which is a community organization that provides mentoring and support to at-risk children. I am so thankful that my book has begun to make such an impact on children throughout Ohio and the Midwest, and I am hopeful that

the book will continue to make an impact, not only throughout the Midwest, but throughout the whole world!

I am heading back to school in a few days, and I am so excited to return to Macon and share my book with my community there! I am hopeful that I will be able to do book readings and events at schools and bookstores in the Central Georgia area. I volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Central Georgia, and I am beyond excited to share this book with those spectacular children and to help them learn about behavior disabilities.

Although it has been a month, it certainly has been a busy month! I didn't expect my book to be as successful as it is. I really feel that i have gained a lot of momentum, and I am hopeful that it will continue!
